The e-Arrival Card is a digital entry form for Cambodia. The application process is 100% online, and was designed to replace traditional paper forms used for immigration, health, and customs declarations.
As of September 2024, the e-Arrival Card is now required for visitors of all nationalities.
Whether you're traveling for tourism, business, or to see family and friends, you must complete the form. Only Cambodian citizens and permanent residents are exempt.
It’s currently accepted at all of Cambodia’s major international airports. The system will be expanded to more entry points, including seaports and land crossings, in the future.
You must fill out an e-Arrival Card if you’re traveling to the international airports of:
- Techo International Airport (KTI)
- Siem Reap (REP)
- Sihanouk (KOS)
Paper forms are still available at entry points which do not currently accept digital entry cards.
Is the e-Arrival Card the same as a visa for Cambodia?
No, the Cambodia e-Arrival Card is not a visa. It’s an additional requirement for all travelers, including those who do not need a visa to enter Cambodia.
Citizens of many countries, including the U.S., the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, can apply online for a Cambodia eVisa for short visits.

Cambodia e-Arrival Card Requirements
To apply for your Cambodia Arrival Card online, you must meet the document requirements:
