Currently, nationals from around 20 countries, including India, can apply for a Thailand eVisa before traveling to Thailand.
The single-entry Thailand eVisa grants the holder authorization to enter Thailand for a maximum of 15 consecutive days. Once the eVisa is approved, Indians have a month (30 days) to enter Thailand before the eVisa expires.
Also, the Thai eVisa for Indian citizens:
- Cannot be extended
- Can be used for business trips, holidays, medical and wellness treatments, education purposes, transit, sports, and/or attendance to conventions and employment endeavors.
Indian children traveling to Thailand require individual eVisas, regardless of whether they are on a parent or guardian’s passport or they have their own passport.
