To apply for the New Zealand eTA, travelers from France will need to fill out a short online application form. This can be done using any device that has an internet connection.
The New Zealand eTA application form will ask travelers for their basic personal and passport information, including the following:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Contact information
- Passport number
- Date of issue/expiry
Th eTA application for French nationals also asks travelers questions about health and criminal background and if they plan to seek medical treatment while in the country.
Once you have successfully filled out the application, it is advisable to double-check the form to make sure the information provided is correct and error-free. If there are any inconsistencies on the application, New Zealand Immigration may delay or reject your eTA application.
Travelers who are visiting New Zealand with family members should note that every individual should submit their own NZeTA application (even if the family member is included on your passport).
In order to submit the application, it will be necessary to pay the New Zealand eTA fee with a valid credit card or debit card.
