ASEAN visa for Laos

Laos is one of 10 countries that make up the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Although there is no single ASEAN visa policy at present, the bloc has announced that it intends to launch a common visa for all member states.

The ASEAN visa will allow the holder to visit Laos and the other 9 countries in the organization.

International travelers will be able to obtain an ASEAN visa for Laos online. They will have to complete a quick application form, similar to the process of applying for the current Laos eVisa.

The ASEAN visa is not currently available. Travelers can still apply for a Laos eVisa to gain permission to enter the country.
