Azerbaijan e-Visa Information

The Azerbaijan e-Visa, introduced in 2013, is a single entry electronic travel authorization which allows eligible citizens a short stay in Azerbaijan.

The Republic of Azerbaijan implemented the Azerbaijan electronic visa to help facilitate the visa application procedure for travelers and to accelerate border control at the port of entry.

The Azerbaijan visa allows a maximum stay of 30 days in the country and is valid for ninety (90) days upon approval. Travelers holding an Azerbaijan e-Visa may enter the country through all air, sea, and land ports.

Eligible citizens are able to apply online through the simple and straightforward Azerbaijan e-Visa application form.

The Azerbaijan visa application requires applicants to fill in basic personal and passport information, answer simple questions related to health and security matters, and pay the application fee.

Once the Azerbaijan e-Visa is approved, it is sent to the applicant’s email address.

Those wishing to stay in Azerbaijan for longer periods, or for other purposes such as to work or study, are required to apply for a visa from an Azerbaijani Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence.
